Preparation step: Before proceeding with background processing, you need to prepare the following:

3) 18 liter barrel
4) Hard broom for concrete
5) Expandable Garden Hose
6) Employees perform: With a large area, many people need to be arranged
Step 1: Floor surface cleaning
- Spray water to wash the entire floor
- Use a brush to clean the surface so that all the thin white cement that is still attached to the concrete floor is peeled off. In case of brushing but the cement layer on the surface still does not peel off, use a strong brush
Note:
- When scrubbing vigorously with a brush, don't worry about the concrete surface being broken or pitted. Quality concrete, the surface is very hard
- In case: When scrubbing hard, the sand in the concrete peels off a lot à Prove that this concrete quality is very poor (Low concrete strength). You need to re-treat the concrete surface before rolling "Hardener Liquid" How to handle see instructions in the next chapter
Step 2: Wait for the floor to dry
- In case: The background is airy and dries quickly, then Step 3
- In case: Long-drying background. Need to open all doors (if any). Or Use a fan to blow air into the background
Step 3: check the dust cleanliness of the background after cleaning
- A clean background is when there is no dust left (As clean as the bedroom background)
- If the floor is still not clean: then the cleaning is not satisfactory (Need to do it again)
Note: Not cleaning the dust layer on the surface that has taken the next steps will cause the product to peel off during use.
Step 4: Pour additives into the 18 liter barrel
With a large ground area: Need to prepare the number of barrel equal to the number of people
Step 5: Divide the area for each worker to perform
Large area background: divide the background vertically or horizontally to suit the number of people (Each person is in charge of 1 line)
Step 6: 1st layer "Hardener Liquid" setting
Workers lined up, dipped the long-handled roller into the " Hardener Liquid " barrel, and proceeded to roll each long streak according to the division ( Similar: Paint the wall), roll back and forth from 2-3 turns, backward evenly until the end of the area in charge.
Note: Do not pour additives on the floor and then roll (This is the wrong way to do it). Because the coating is too thick, it will not be able to dry
Step 7: Wait for the 1st layer to dry completely
- With a well-ventilated background: Dry time from 6-8 hours
- With a non-ventilated background: Dry time 24 - 36 hours (use blower to support)
Note: Apply the next step only when the first coat is completely dry
Step 8: 2nd layer "Hardener Liquid" setting
Similar "layer 1". Workers also lined up, dipped the long-handled roller into the " Hardener Liquid " barrel, and proceeded to roll each long streak according to the division, roll back and forth from 2-3 turns, backward evenly until the end of the area in charge.
Step 9: Wait for the 2nd layer to dry completely
- With a well-ventilated background: Dry time from 12-24 hours
- With a non-ventilated background: Rrying time from 48 hours or more (use blower to support)
Step 10: Check surface finish
- Painted surface meets the requirements when: The floor is completely dry and there is no sticky foot phenomenon, glossy like a mirror.
- Painted surface is unsatisfactory when: Background is not dry, appear white chalk phenomenon (because the paint layer is too thick)
Treatment method “white chalk phenomenon”
- Use a fan to blow air on areas with “white chalk phenomenon”. After the background has dried: Use a damp cloth to wipe off the white chalk
- In areas that can't be dry (because the paint layer is too thick): have to use a razor to remove all the paint at that location, then proceed to roll again
- In addition to the effect of dustproof and make the background more beautiful. Products of "LB Chemistry" also increase the hardness of the concrete floor surface.
